Allan C. Perry is a sole practitioner. During his legal career, he has concentrated his practice to matrimonial and personal injury cases, while also representing clients in real estate, contract and estate matters.

Allan is an alumnus of Temple University, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and in 1978 with a Juris Doctorate.

Allan has been in solo practice since 1992. Prior to that time, he was the managing attorney for the matrimonial department of two Philadelphia law firms. Allan's responsibilities included caseload management and attorney supervision of the department while litigating his own matrimonial and personal injury cases. Allan's growing reputation enabled him to expand his client base outside of Philadelphia to Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Northampton and Chester counties where he continues to maintain a strong presence.

As a matrimonial attorney, Allan has tried both simple and complex cases including division of property, custody, support/alimony, adoption and domestic violence. As a personal injury attorney, he has represented injured parties in matters as small as "fender benders" to catastrophic accidents in which parties have sustained life threatening injuries. While Allan's practice focuses primarily on litigation, he is also a skilled negotiator and mediator. He is a trained mediator and mediates employment matters for the United States Postal Service.

In addition to his full-time law practice, Allan volunteers a great deal of time to legal community services and programs. Among these are a local environmental park and the local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. Allan is also a decorated Eagle Scout.
